FILL YOUR UNDERGRADUATE APPLICATION FORM

Click on “create an account”

Input the following details;

  • First name:
  • Last name:
  • A valid email address:
  • Parent’s phone number:
  • Confirm password:
  • Select mode of entry (National UTME or International)  and then click create account
You should receive an activation link afterwards. If you did not receive the link in your inbox, kindly check the spam or junk folder for a no-reply mail from Covenant University click on the link and verify your account

After you must have successfully verified your account, go back to the home page and login with your username, which is your valid email address and the password created earlier.

The first page is the payment page; please note you can make payment with only your debit card, which can be either a Verve, Visa or Mastercard

Input your card details, click on pay, you will receive the confirmation of payment receipt in your email, this contain the payment details and application number.  The application number starts from 220000….

Then log in to access the application form, please wait for the page to load fully.

PAGE 1:Biographical Information

- Kindly complete your Bio data details
- Click on next to proceed to page 2.

PAGE 2:Contact Information

- Please Input your detailed address on this page
- Click on the green button under same, as above if the Contact Address is same as the Permanent Address.
- Click on next to proceed to page 3.

PAGE 3:Parent/Guardian Information

- Select Title
- Input Surname
- First Name and Other Names
- Address
- Country
- State
- Occupation
- Job Title
- Employer’s Company Name
- Relationship to the Applicant
- Click on the green button under same, as above if the information for the parent is same as the guardian / sponsor.
- Click on next to proceed to page 4.

PAGE 4:Educational history

- Type your secondary school name in the box, if your school name pops up click on it but if it does not type “OTHERS”, you will get a drop down box where you are to type the name of your school and location.
- Select the start date and the end date
- Select the degree obtained
- Write your Statement of purpose in the space provide (note that your statement of purpose should be about 500 words)
- Select the post held in school if any.
- Click on next to proceed to page 5.

PAGE 5:Examination Taken

- Input Jamb Registration Number
- Input Jamb Score
- Input UTME Jamb year that is current year (2022)
- Indicate if you choose Covenant University in Jamb form as your choice of Institution
- Jamb Subjects (Subjects 1 English Language, Subject 2, 3 and 4)
- Indicate the number of sittings of your O’level result
- Select your O’level Exam Body (WAEC/NECO/IGCSE or NABTEB)
- Input your O’level result registration number (please note that WAEC is 10 digit numbers while NECO is 8 digit numbers and 2 alphabets)
- Select the month and year of the O’level result
- Select your O’level subjects from the drop down list of subjects (Select: Subject 1 English Language, Subject 2 Mathematics, Subject 3 to 9)
- Select your attained grade for each subject in the column next to each subject
Please note that AR means Awaiting Result.
Kindly contact the Admission Office for your IGCSE grades conversion.
- Click on next to proceed to page 6.

PAGE 6:Programme Selection

- Select your First and Second choice of programme in the drop down list of programmes
- Indicate ‘Yes’ if you are interested in Landmark University and ‘No’ if you are not.
- If ‘Yes’ then select your choice of programme.
- Click on next to proceed to page 7.

PAGE 7:Referee Information

- For the Academic and Spiritual Referee select the
- Title of referee
- First Name
- Surname
- Address
- City
- Country
- State
- Zip code/Postal code
- Employer’s Company name
- Position/ Job title in the organization
- Field/discipline
- Phone number
- Valid email address
- Referee’s relationship to the applicants
- Click on next to proceed to page 8.

Please note your referees will receive a link in their mailbox. Contact your referees to check for the mail to fill the recommendation form on your behalf.

PAGE 8:Documents Upload

- Note that all document upload on this page MUST in PDF, not exceed 200KB
- Document Upload 1: 2022/2023 Jamb Result Slip (please note that the Jamb Result Slip must be the one with Applicant’s Passport Photograph)
Document Upload 2: Applicant Birth Certificate
- Document Upload 3: Applicant O’Level Result
- Document Upload 4: Applicant O’Level Result (If applicant is using more than one result)
- Document Upload 5: Sponsorship Letter (This must written and signed by the Parent or Sponsor and addressed to the Registrar, Covenant University.
- The passport photograph MUST be in JPEG Format, and not exceed 100KB
- Click on next to proceed to page 9.

PAGE 9:Confirmation Page

Please ensure you read the instruction and certify that all information inputted are correct.

Ensure you and your Parent/Sponsor read and understand the Declaration and Affirmation before you click the two check boxes then click Finish.

Once you click on the finish icon, a previewed page of the form will appear. The page gives you the opportunity to cross check all you have inputted. Click “Back” if there is any correction before you click “Submit” at the end of the page.

Please note that you can always view your submitted form by clicking on the icon by the left side of your computer screen ‘Application Form’ and to check the status of your application form, click on ‘Application Status’
